If your teen thinks that an A- might as well be an F, this summer session is for them! We will explore the differences and similarities between “high achievers” and “perfectionists” (there is a difference!) and how to manage life as one or the other (or both). Teens and tweens will learn strategies to calm negative voices in their heads and will practice making mistakes and recovering strongly from them. Teens will leave armed with resources to help in day-to-day perfectionism and moments of anxiety.
