Workshop for teens and tweens to explore dreams through art and writing. No experience necessary.

Do you feel like your teen needs a break from stress, anxiety, and trauma?

Has your teen expressed an interest in knowing what their dreams mean? Or how to remember their dreams in the first place?

Does your teen love to draw, paint, write stories, or create poetry?

During this workshop, teens will have the opportunity to volunteer to share a dream, will draw/paint or write about a dream or dream figure, and will learn more about dreams. For those who have trouble remembering their dreams, specific techniques will be shared to improve dream recall.
